Lucy, protagonista, este o femeie complexă, marcată de un trecut pe care ar prefera să-l uite. Era una dintre fetele de aur ale micului său oraș din Texas, alături de Savvy, cea mai bună prietenă a sa. Dar, într-o noapte fatidică, viața lor perfectă se destramă. Savvy este găsită moartă, iar Lucy, acoperită de sângele ei, nu-și amintește nimic. It’s more than just a thriller—it’s a fascinating exploration of human complexity. Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy stories filled with secrets and unexpected turns.
