După „Predator”, credeam că știu la ce să mă aștept. Dar „Reaper” m-a surprins, cu aceeași intensitate și cu un amestec de durere, pasiune și pericol care mi-a rămas în minte mult timp după ce am terminat cartea. RuNyx reușește să ducă povestea lui Tristan și a Moranei la un alt nivel, mai întunecat, mai tensionat și mult mai emoțional.
Tristan „Predator” Caine este un personaj care continuă să mă fascineze. Este genul de bărbat care a trăit prea multe, care poartă în suflet vină, durere și loialitate până la obsesie. În „Reaper”, îl vedem sfâșiat între datoria față de lumea în care a crescut și iubirea pentru Morana – femeia care i-a schimbat viața și i-a dat o nouă direcție. Morana Vitalio, la rândul ei, rămâne aceeași femeie puternică, dar vulnerabilă în fața sentimentelor ei. Îmi place mult cum RuNyx o descrie – inteligentă, curajoasă, dar cu o inimă plină de cicatrici.
Legătura dintre cei doi devine mai profundă, dar și mai complicată. Secretele dintre ei, trecutul care refuză să rămână îngropat și lumea periculoasă a mafiei în care trăiesc aduc o tensiune constantă. Îmi place că autoarea nu scrie o poveste de dragoste „perfectă”, ci una plină de greșeli, de luptă și de suferință. Tristan și Morana nu sunt un cuplu simplu – sunt doi oameni distruși care se reconstruiesc împreună, în mijlocul unui haos în care dragostea devine o formă de supraviețuire.
Cartea are un ritm alert, scene de acțiune bine scrise și momente pasionale care te fac să simți intensitatea relației lor. În același timp, RuNyx introduce și o intrigă complexă – disparițiile misterioase, secretele din trecut și jocurile de putere din lumea mafiei adaugă profunzime poveștii. Pe alocuri, mi s-a părut că ritmul încetinește sau că unele emoții se repetă, dar intensitatea cu care autoarea construiește fiecare scenă compensează din plin.
Finalul m-a lăsat cu inima strânsă și cu dorința de a continua această călătorie alături de ei. „Reaper” nu este doar o poveste despre iubire – este o poveste despre iertare, loialitate și curajul de a alege cu inima, chiar și atunci când lumea întreagă se prăbușește.
Pentru mine, „Reaper” a fost o lectură intensă, tulburătoare și pasională. I-am oferit patru stele pentru felul în care m-a făcut să simt – nu pentru perfecțiune, ci pentru emoție.

After „The Predator”, I thought I knew what to expect. But „The Reaper” surprised me — with the same intensity, yet mixed with pain, passion, and danger that stayed with me long after I finished the book. RuNyx manages to take Tristan and Morana’s story to another level — darker, more tense, and far more emotional.
Tristan “Predator” Caine continues to fascinate me. He’s the kind of man who’s lived through too much, carrying guilt, pain, and loyalty to the point of obsession. In „The Reaper”, we see him torn between his duty to the world he grew up in and his love for Morana — the woman who changed his life and gave him a new direction. Morana Vitalio, in turn, remains the same strong woman, but vulnerable when it comes to her feelings. I really like how RuNyx portrays her — intelligent, brave, yet with a heart full of scars.
The bond between them grows deeper but also more complicated. The secrets between them, the past that refuses to stay buried, and the dangerous mafia world they live in all bring a constant sense of tension. I love that the author doesn’t write a “perfect” love story, but one full of mistakes, struggle, and pain. Tristan and Morana aren’t a simple couple — they’re two broken people rebuilding themselves together, in the middle of chaos where love becomes a form of survival.
The book has a fast pace, well-written action scenes, and passionate moments that make you feel the intensity of their relationship. At the same time, RuNyx weaves in a complex plot — mysterious disappearances, buried secrets, and power games within the mafia world add depth to the story. At times, I felt the pacing slowed down or that some emotions repeated, but the intensity with which the author builds every scene more than makes up for it.
The ending left me with a tight chest and a strong desire to continue this journey with them. „The Reaper” isn’t just a love story — it’s a story about forgiveness, loyalty, and the courage to choose with your heart, even when the whole world is falling apart.
For me, „The Reaper” was an intense, haunting, and passionate read. I gave it four stars not for perfection, but for the way it made me feel.
